Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed you will receive an email to confirm it has been shipped. Most deliveries are received by our customers within 10-14 working days, however, please allow up to 30 days depending on your location.

We are happy to cancel purchases prior to processing, however, once your purchase has processed and shipped we cannot cancel the order. Please refer to our refund policy.

US Shipping:
We offer FREE shipping to US orders of $35 or more.

International Shipping:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@glitsen.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Where are the products shipped from?
As an international company, we source our products from all over the world to find the best quality products at the best possible prices, therefore your products may be shipped from either our Southern California warehouse or our Asia Pacific factory.
